This information is needed only if your business is a Corporation. The registered agent is the person or organization designated in your company's articles of incorporation to
receive important documents for your company, as well as the person who files the
Corporation's financial statements with the state. The registered agent is an officer of
the Corporation, or sometimes an outside accounting or legal firm.
