Registering for a New Account
To establish an account with The Douglas Stewart Company, you will need to submit the following materials:

New Customer Profile and Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions Form
United States Resellers Canadian Resellers

Valid Resale Certificate(s) and/or Sales and Use Tax Exemption(s)
Sales tax information and forms

Name and Address of your Registered Agent
This information is needed only if your business is a Corporation. The registered agent is the person or organization designated in your company's articles of incorporation to receive important documents for your company, as well as the person who files the Corporation's financial statements with the state. The registered agent is an officer of the Corporation, or sometimes an outside accounting or legal firm.

Financial Statements
Annual and interim financial statements may be required for unsecured credit lines exceeding $50,000.
