Circle to select text
Use Surface Pen to circle text, then cut, copy, or paste.

Flip your Surface Pen over and use the top button to erase.

If you have a Microsoft Surface device, you are part of a bigger movement.

Microsoft is planning to be carbon negative by 2030, aiming to completely remove their carbon footprint. By 2050, Microsoft will remove from the environment all the carbon the company has emitted either directly or by electrical consumption since it was founded in 1957.

Do all Surface for Business devices come with Advanced Exchange?
Advanced Exchange Service is available at no additional charge with the following Surface for Business products: Surface Book 3, Surface Go 2, Surface Pro 7, Surface Pro X, and Surface Laptop 3. Advanced Exchange is also available with the purchase of a paid service plan for the Surface Duo and Surface Studio 2. If your device qualifies under AES, Microsoft will ship a replacement device (“Advanced Exchange Device”) to your designated location when you request covered warranty services. You must return the original device to Microsoft within fourteen (14) days from the date Microsoft ships the Advanced Exchange Device (“Return Period”). A return label is provided by Microsoft Surface so there is no shipping charge for the customer.
Can anyone get EDU pricing?
EDU pricing is reserved for students, faculty and staff of a degree granting institution with an EDU e-mail address.
Can an extended warranty be added to a device that been used?
Yes, an extended warranty can be added to a device within 45 days of invoice to the reseller. To upgrade to the type and term desired, the store would need to provide the end-user information: name, address, phone, e-mail, serial number from the device, purchase date and a copy of the receipt.
Does the Slim Pen work with all devices?
The slim pen is designed primarily for the Surface Pro X as it fits in the type cover tether and recharges automatically when not in use. However, it will work on all pen enabled Surface devices but will not recharge.
I have the V1 Dock, will it work with all the current devices?
Yes, it will work on all the new devices as they all have a USB connector in addition to the new USB-C connector.
Is there a date yet for the Surface Neo?
No, not yet. But stay tuned for more information on that.
When can we start placing orders for the Surface Duo?
Yes. Surface Duo will start shipping on September 10, 2020.
Will the old Type Covers still work with the new Surface Pro 7 and the Go 2?
Yes, all the Type Covers will work. Specifically, the Surface Pro Type Cover will work on the Pro 4, 5, 6 and 7. The Surface Go Type Covers will work on the Go and Go 2. The Go 2 Type Covers will work on the Go and Go 2 but has enhanced performance features.
Is Microsoft Surface considering increasing the processor in the SRFC Book 3? Something with a 6 core or 8 core? This is specifically for the Quadro graphics card line.
Microsoft is not aware of any plans at this time to have any Intel processors with 6 or 8 cores.
