Marketing

The Marketing Communications Specialist plans and implements marketing and communications programs, working with our Product Management and Sales Departments.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating the company’s marketing objectives into outstanding graphic design across all channels, including but not limited to print and digital. Additionally, they are responsible for helping internal and external customers and partners (a.k.a. clients) define and solve complex communication problems through concept, design and execution of a wide range of visual materials.

Adobe

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively communicating with our customers driving campaign specific calls to action. This candidate will act quickly to resolve customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

The CLM Success Specialist will be part of the Adobe team. The position will help increase retention for our Adobe subscription products in the education channel.

Product Management

The Product Manager will clearly understand DSC’s customers and work with the Segment Management team(s) to optimize creation, updating, and execution of the “go to market” plan for the product category enabling the Sales team to be successful. The plan will include forecast goals, sales program(s), positioning, and marketing details. Plan activities will include working with the Marketing team on regular communications, publications, events, sales tools, and promotional activities for example for product vendors to participate in. The PM will also develop pricing and inventory strategies for their category.

Customer Service

Responsible for assisting customers with product and program questions, orders, returns, complaints and other inquiries. Perform all Customer Service duties at a level that satisfies and exceeds our customer’s expectations in all direct and indirect customer contact.
