Sales

Responsible for being the Hardware sales specialist working to assist DSC sales departments to increase Hardware sales in the education market.

The Inside Account Manager is responsible for growing sales on the Retail business, working with lease organizations. Representing strong, well-established brands in an exciting niche market and location aiding in sales growth.

Adobe

The Product Success Specialist (PSS) is part of the customer outreach team in the sales department for Douglas Stewart Software & Services (DSS) and is responsible for communicating with end customers, resellers, and end users about product/service key benefits and functions to drive sales in the assigned solution categories. The PSS will also work closely with the Product Management (PM) team to support Vendor relationships developing market understanding and expertise.

The Adobe Education Success Manager is part of team responsible for understanding the importance of creativity in education and being able to passionately share that story with customers in the Higher Education, K-12 and Non-profit marketspace, ultimately ensuring adoption, retention and expansion of Adobe solutions.

Warehouse

Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures manual(s). Receives, stores (put away), Pick orders via RF scanner, pack orders then final ship process to carriers. Other duties within the Warehouse to be performed are listed below.

Product Management

The Assistant Product Manager (APM) will assist the product manager(s) to manage the business objectives for the assigned product category(s).

Marketing

The Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist builds and pitches tactical marketing strategies for our vendor clients, and implements the marketing and communications programs, working with our Product Management and Sales Departments to ensure effective marketing results are obtained on behalf of our vendor partners while providing valuable and actionable content to our customers. This role requires a strategy-driven, creative, and relationship-driven individual with strong writing, editing, proofing and analytical skills. This position will take advertising and promotional concepts to work with a team of Graphic Designers in order to implement projects such as direct mail, email, sales programs, events, and sales collateral. This position requires the ability to translate product information from hundreds of products into promotional materials without having an in-depth knowledge of the products.
