Adobe

The Adobe Associate Program Manager (APM) will assist the Program Manager in managing the business objectives for Adobe. Primary responsibilities for the APM are 1) administering the Adobe partnerTRAK program; 2) copywriting and reporting on marketing programs; and 3) supporting the Adobe sales team. Adobe PartnerTRAK duties include communicating program details and goals, managing the marketing claims process, handling reseller questions and queries, and ensuring an excellent experience for the reseller. Marketing program and campaign involvement includes collecting, analyzing and reporting on marketing metrics, as well as copywriting responsibilities for service clients. The APM will also contribute to the gathering and assessment of customer, market, and sales program information for Adobe to be used by the team to determine the right mix of programs offered. This position will work directly with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Adobe’s Channel Account Management and marketing teams

Responsible for managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.

Product Management

The Assistant Product Manager (APM) will assist the product manager(s) to manage the business objectives for the assigned product category(s).

Information Technology

As part of our energetic IT team, this position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and operational readiness of Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange, cloud/virtualization, and related systems.

Sales

The Inside Account Manager is responsible for growing sales on the Retail business, working with lease organizations. Representing strong, well-established brands in an exciting niche market and location aiding in sales growth.

Marketing

The Marketing Communications Specialist plans and implements marketing and communications programs, working with our Product Management and Sales Departments. Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills are required. This position will take advertising and promotion concepts and work with a team of Graphic Designers to implement projects such as marketing assets, presentation decks, white papers, infographics, industry research, programmatic marketing, email, and sales collateral. This position requires the ability to translate product information from hundreds of products into promotional materials without having in-depth knowledge of the products.
