Terms and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sponsor of the Program is The Douglas Stewart Company. The Douglas Stewart Company offers no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content provided, which participants post at their own risk. Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Program is subject to the rules and requirements of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
2. Eligibility: Resellers must first opt-in to qualify for the Program and its payouts and incentive opportunities. Resellers who have opted into the Program are under no contractual obligation to complete the requirements of this program. Resellers may not create multiple accounts in order to enter multiple times. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. Program is open in the U.S. and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Residents of Rhode Island, New York, and Florida are prohibited from receiving the premium giveaway prize and are only eligible for the $50 Visa gift card or a $50 Douglas Stewart account credit. Program is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period: The Program begins on 01, October, 2023 at 12:00AM CST and ends on 31, December, 2023 at 11:59PM CST. Posts made before or after this period will not be considered entries. Proof of execution must be submitted no later than 31, December, 2023 11:59PM CST to qualify for the drawing and payout.
4. How to Enter: Resellers must post twice on at least one social platform: Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Posts must be Dell-approved social media files and copy provided by The Douglas Stewart Company. All other provided content such as recommended hashtags, recommended calls to action, and recommended links or redirects are optional. Proof of execution must be submitted by using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/SPMzq/dell-social-media-giveaway. Entries that are incomplete, do not adhere to the rules, or are not submitted via https://gleam.io/SPMzq/dell-social-media-giveaway will be considered ineligible. For a chance at the giveaway (but not the credit/gift card), participants can also (in lieu of posting content) send a note with your company’s contact information to 3862 Galleon Run, Madison WI 53718, Attn: “Dell Social Media Campaign” before 31, December, 2023 11:59PM CST.
5. Prizes: Each posting entry along with additional posts will earn Resellers additional entries into the drawing for a premium Dell prize offering. Winners are responsible for their own tax reporting. Resellers who have opted into the program and complete entry requirements will be eligible for a $50 Visa gift card or a $50 credit to your Douglas Stewart account. Winner(s) of the premium prize giveaway will receive one of the following prizes:

6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) of the premium prize drawing will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of The Douglas Stewart Company. Winner(s) will be contacted by 1/31/2024.
